Organic Growth Intern — Instagram & LinkedIn Internship · Hybrid · 5 months ABOUT US We are a personal branding agency that works with tech founders, financial advisors, coaches, and consultants to help them build a powerful presence on social media. ROLE OVERVIEW We're looking for an Organic Growth Intern who can help grow our clients' Instagram and LinkedIn presence through consistent engagement, community building, and smart outreach. This is a role where you'll be trained on everything from strategy to execution and expected to show up and deliver.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage and grow Instagram and LinkedIn profiles for multiple personal brand clients Handle DMs across platforms — initiate conversations, build relationships, and manage inbound leads professionally Engage with target audience accounts (comments, replies, follows) to drive organic reach Analyse campaign performance — track what's working, what's not, and why Build and maintain organised sheets covering resources, prompt libraries, and analytics tracking Monitor content performance and share weekly insights with the team Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms Identify growth opportunities — trending hashtags, relevant communities, collaboration prospects Assist the team on client content shoots when required Support clients in building genuine connections with their niche audience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Genuine interest in social media / personal branding. Comfortable writing in someone else's voice and handling conversations on their behalf Good written communication — clear, warm, and professional Familiar with Instagram and LinkedIn as platforms (not just as a user) Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) is a plus Prior internship or project experience in social media is a plus, not a must INTERNSHIP DETAILS: Duration: 5 months Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM Stipend: Paid Mode: Hybrid (remote + in-person for shoots and team days) Training: We will train you on everything — tools, processes, strategy, and execution.
