The ideal candidate should have experience in market research, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and CRM management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and achieve monthly targets.

Important Job Roles

• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate lead information and follow-up activities.
