Job Title: Lead β Analyst & Advisor Relations

\nRole Overview
\nThe Lead β Analyst & Advisor Relations will be responsible for driving analyst and advisor engagement initiatives that strengthen the organization's market positioning, brand credibility, and go-to-market effectiveness. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing, sales, and service-line leaders to manage analyst relationships, coordinate industry evaluations, and leverage analyst insights to support business growth.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nAnalyst Relations Management
\n- \n
- Execute the Analyst Relations strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives. \n
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key industry analysts and advisory firms. \n
- Support analyst engagement activities across priority service lines and solution areas. \n
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, workshops, and relationship-building initiatives. \n
Analyst Evaluations & Research Participation

- Manage participation in key industry assessments and reports, including: \n
- Gartner Magic Quadrant & Market Guides \n
- Everest Group PEAK Matrix \n
- ISG Provider Lens \n
- Avasant RadarView \n
- IDC, Forrester, NelsonHall, and other relevant evaluations \n
- Coordinate RFIs, surveys, evidence submissions, customer references, and supporting documentation. \n
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses across all analyst engagements. \n
Executive & Stakeholder Enablement
\n- \n
- Partner with business leaders to prepare for analyst briefings and strategic conversations. \n
- Develop presentations, messaging frameworks, and briefing materials. \n
- Provide analyst insights and recommendations to leadership teams. \n
- Facilitate alignment between analysts and internal stakeholders on strategic priorities. \n
Advisor & Ecosystem Engagement

- Support relationships with advisory firms, consultants, and industry influencers. \n
- Assist in planning advisor engagement initiatives, workshops, and innovation sessions. \n
- Work with sales and business teams to leverage advisor relationships in strategic opportunities. \n
Sales & Marketing Enablement
\n- \n
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate analyst recognition and insights into client-facing materials. \n
- Create analyst-backed content, proof points, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement assets. \n
- Support proposal and pursuit teams with relevant analyst perspectives and market insights. \n
Content & Thought Leadership
\n- \n
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote analyst recognitions and rankings. \n
- Support creation of thought leadership, analyst-inspired content, social media campaigns, and industry perspectives. \n
- Ensure consistent market messaging aligned with analyst feedback and industry trends. \n
Governance & Reporting
\n- \n
- Maintain analyst engagement trackers, calendars, contact databases, and reporting dashboards. \n
- Monitor analyst coverage, sentiment, rankings, and market perception. \n
- Track and report key metrics including engagement effectiveness, analyst visibility, and business impact. \n
- Contribute to the development of Analyst Relations best practices, processes, and knowledge repositories. \n
Key Skills & Competencies
\n- \n
- Strong understanding of the analyst and advisory ecosystem within technology services, digital transformation, or consulting. \n
- Experience engaging with firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, ISG, IDC, Forrester, Avasant, and NelsonHall. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. \n
- Strong project management and organizational skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously. \n
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. \n
- Ability to translate analyst insights into actionable business recommendations. \n
- Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach. \n
Experience & Qualifications
\n- \n
- 8β12 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, or B2B Technology Marketing. \n
- Proven experience supporting analyst evaluations, briefings, and engagement programs. \n
- Experience working with senior leadership, sales teams, and service-line leaders. \n
- Strong understanding of the IT services, consulting, or technology services industry. \n
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. \n
