Job Description: Jaipur Head – Sales FM Tadka(Radio) Location: Jaipur Experience Required: 10–12 years Role Summary: FM Tadka is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Jaipur Head to lead city-level business operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Jaipur city operations with complete P&L responsibility Drive advertising sales revenue from local, regional, and national clients Build strong relationships with media agencies, direct clients, and key stakeholders Manage, motivate, and develop the city sales team to achieve targets Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and brand initiatives Coordinate with programming and marketing teams for integrated campaigns Monitor market trends, competition, and client feedback Ensure timely reporting, collections, and compliance with company policies Key Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in Radio / Media / Advertising Sales Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities Excellent negotiation, client servicing, and communication skills Deep understanding of the Jaipur market Target-driven with strategic and execution-focused mindset Candidates with experience in the similar field will be preferred Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to lead a top radio brand at the city level Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment
