About Meeter IT Meeter IT built a suite of AI-powered SaaS products across areas like meeting intelligence, hiring, learning, and voice automation. With multiple products already live and early enterprise adoption in place, we are now focused on building a structured and scalable go-to-market engine. About the Role We are looking for an experienced GTM / Sales Lead who can help translate early traction into a consistent and scalable revenue pipeline.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the founder to shape how the business goes to market, while directly driving revenue. You will play a key role in moving from founder-led sales to a more structured GTM approach, laying the foundation for future growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For - Define and refine target segments, ICPs, and positioning across products - Build and execute outbound and inbound sales motions - Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure - Set up and manage CRM, pipeline visibility, and reporting systems - Develop sales collateral including decks, case studies, and proposals - Identify and build partnerships / channel opportunitiesContribute to pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy decisions - Continuously bring market feedback into product and messaging improvements - Over time, help hire and build the sales team as the function scales What We’re Looking For - 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / GTM roles - Strong exposure to outbound-led growth and pipeline building - Track record of closing deals independently - Comfortable operating in early-stage / evolving environments - Familiarity with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI empowered outreach tools) - Strong communication, structuring, and problem-solving skills What Makes This Role Interesting - Opportunity to work across multiple AI SaaS products, not a single SKU - Early-stage ownership with the ability to shape GTM from the ground up - Direct collaboration with the founding team and strategic decision-making exposure - Scope to build and lead a team as the business scales - A chance to create a repeatable revenue engine that becomes a long-term growth lever
