IT Manager / Sr. Manager - Infrastructure

Responsibilities and Tasks: Provide architectural, functional, and process guidance to define and deliver scalable IT capabilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to translate business needs into effective solutions Partner with architects to drive technology roadmap (including long-term capability planning) Ensure operational health of IT systems across Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability, and Reliability Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure (servers, storage, OS, backup, network, and database platforms) Oversee network environment including LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and data systems Drive database operations including availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution Plan and implement scalable infrastructure aligned with business growth Manage infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and audit requirements Work across cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and service delivery Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers (server, network, database) Own team performance, enable career development, and build a high-performing culture Promote agile ways of working with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
