Job Responsibilities Establishing strong relationships and working effectively with senior management client contacts IT Strategic planning, alignment, and budgeting for external clients Communicating business needs to technical audiences while simplifying complex technical information for business audiences Leading and managing professional staff to ensure consistent delivery of our solutions to our clients Bringing resolutions to complex situations with multiple stakeholders, including clients and various teams Managing customer expectations Thriving and improving our quality of service delivery in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities Understanding financial reports and building business cases to promote appropriate technology solutions to our clients Being responsible for the technical delivery of each of your individual team members by supporting them with technical escalations Supporting clients by ensuring Tier 1, 2 and 3 support responsibilities are effectively managed including engaging external partners or vendors to remediate client support needs Sharing knowledge and providing assistance across clients as needed Maintaining accurate and timely reporting of system status enabling you to propose relevant improvements to each client environment Developing and maintaining technical materials as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
