Role: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Projects: Residential new-build (Houses, duplexes and apartments)
Client: Leading Property Developer
Essentials: Degree in Quantity Surveying; 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Ireland; familiarity of Cubit, Cost-ex or equivalent and Microsoft Office
Location: SouthDublin, between site and office
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000
Package: Annual bonus, pension, 24 days annual leave, heath checks, hybrid working and more.

Reporting to: Senior QS
Our client, a leading property developer, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors, gaining exposure to a variety of projects and further developing their skills in cost management and contract administration.
- Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor packages, including payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Cost Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations, cost reports, and budget tracking.
- Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with RC frame, apartment, residential building, and commercial projects.
- Contract Administration: Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Budget Monitoring: Report on project budgets and variations, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
- Professional Development: Take on tasks reflecting increasing levels of development and responsibility as experience grows.
