Job Description
- Analyze and resolve basic IT system and application issues.
- Monitor IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues.
- Understand business and technical requirements.
- Work with IT and development teams to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain IT documentation, reports, and system records.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SQL, networking, or databases is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and IT processes is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT technologies.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
