About the Role\n

We're looking for a mid-level Interior Designer who can take a project from concept to completion. You'll work on residential and commercial spaces, translating client briefs into functional, beautiful, buildable designs — and staying involved through execution to make sure what gets built matches the vision.

What You'll Do\n

• Develop 2D drawings (floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections) and 3D models/renders for client presentations
\n
• Create space plans that are both aesthetically strong and functionally sound
\n
• Design with execution in mind — materials, detailing, and layouts that are realistic to build within budget and timeline
\n
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors during execution to ensure design intent is followed
\n
• Use AI-assisted rendering tools to speed up visualization and iterate faster with clients (a strong plus, not mandatory)
\n
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into revisions
\n
• Stay hands-on across the full project lifecycle — not just the design phase
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• 3–6 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial)
\n
• Strong command of 2D drafting and 3D modelling/rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar)
\n
• Solid grounding in space planning, design fundamentals, and material/finish knowledge
\n
• Proven ability to design for execution — understanding of construction methods, detailing, and site realities
\n
• Prior on-site execution experience or close involvement in project delivery
\n
• Experience with or interest in AI-based design/rendering tools is a strong plus
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with evolving processes
\n
