So stable job with best salary plus incentives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader – Sales at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales as well as guiding, training, and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
The role requires balancing personal performance with team management to ensure maximum client acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Executives, monitor their daily activities, and ensure target achievement. Let team members handle client enquiries via calls, emails, and other apps when required.
Support team in explaining products to clients, negotiating, and closing leads. Plan and assign daily/weekly targets to the team, track performance, and report to management. Provide training, motivation, and regular feedback to improve sales conversions.
Develop new strategies to improve lead management, upselling, and client retention. Follow company policies, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Take ownership of overall team sales while also contributing through individual sales.
Qualifications Graduate with 3–4 years’ prior experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader or senior sales role. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi . Proficient with computers, mobiles, and social media apps.
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
