As an inside sales associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long lasting relationships. Role Overview: We’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: • Presenting Value Proposition: Effectively demonstrate the benefits of WhiteCoats' offerings, including cloud/SAAS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals. • Lead Management: Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets. • Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week. • Sales Processes: Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zoho suite) to enhance trackability, productivity, and accountability. • Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Experience: • 2 to 5 years ’ experience in Sales Development. • Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Sales Expertise: In-depth experience with the end-to-end inside sales process, including collaborating with Marketing teams to pursue leads generated through campaigns and other channels. •Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients. •Work Ethic: A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile. •Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements. •Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. •Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of solutions for doctors and hospitals is an added advantage. •Startup Experience: A successful sales track record with healthcare startups in India is highly desirable.
