Inside Sales Specialist

Company: The Baxsaa Co | Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm

Role Summary

Not telecalling. You qualify inbound packaging enquiries, coordinate internally, and convert quotes into orders through disciplined follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client needs (box type, size, qty, budget, timeline)
• Share complete briefs with costing/tech team
• Follow up on quotations → push for samples → close orders
• Update CRM daily; no enquiry unattended >24 hrs
• Coordinate with production after order confirmation

What Success Looks Like

• Faster enquiry → quotation → order
• High follow-up discipline
• Better quote-to-order conversion
• Repeat orders from handled clients

Skills Required

• Strong communication (English/Hindi)
• Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented
• Comfortable with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email
• Basic understanding of packaging is a plus

Salary: Upto 9 LPA + Incentives
