Visit www.runo.in to know more about us. Job Description Generate leads (meetings) by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers across various industries. Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to explain Runo’s CRM product offerings.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and business processes to pitch suitable solutions. Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture them through the sales funnel. Schedule online demos for the product and coordinate with the internal team wherever required.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects to increase conversion rates. Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and interactions in the CRM.
Responsibilities Mapping new prospects daily in the CRM. Conduct outbound calling, 20-25 connected cold calls a day. Clearly and confidently pitch Runo’s CRM features and benefits.
Qualify prospects based on business requirements and decision-making readiness. Schedule product demos for interested and qualified clients with product experts or conduct basic walkthroughs independently. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Share feedback from the market to help improve product positioning. Maintain data hygiene and update all customer interactions in the CRM. Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and conversion targets.
