Role Description This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The responsibilities will include generating and nurturing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The individual will also focus on identifying customer needs, providing relevant information about offerings, and converting leads into long-term engagements through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and connect with potential customers Proficiency in fostering lasting relationships and driving Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse audience Experience in providing excellent Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
