Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Zepcruit, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our solution, and closing deals. Your focus will be on high-velocity outbound sales, consultative conversations, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and events Conduct product demos and presentations to HR decision-makers Understand client hiring challenges and position Zepcruit as the ideal solution Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback and campaign alignment Attend industry events, virtual webinars, and recruitment expos when needed Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HRTech Ability to understand client needs and map solutions Self-driven, target-oriented, and resourceful Comfort with CRM tools, outbound sales platforms, and LinkedIn outreach Bachelor's degree preferred What You’ll Get: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Fast growth in a high-impact role Work directly with the founder team A front-row seat to India’s fastest-growing recruitment platform An ownership-driven culture where ideas move faster than hierarchy Additional requirements: Experience: 2-5 years Industry: SaaS / Recruitment Tech / HRTech Female Candidates Highly preferred
