Housekeeping Supervisor

The Perle Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This role covers The Bosville, The Marmalade & The Bracken Hide Hotels within our portfolio. This is a permanent contract, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.

Acting as a Housekeeping Supervisor will require you to adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene guidelines while ensuring you pay close attention to detail. You will also assist the head housekeeper in the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and provide support to the housekeeping team.

Prior experience with the software Stayntouch is preferred, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained to the highest-level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Assist the Head Housekeeper with linen counts, distribution, storage, etc.

. Keep all housekeeping back of house areas tidy and efficiently stocked.

. Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.

. Follow the hotel's guest relations policy, including politely addressing our guests at all times and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

. Supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping team while maintaining quality and operational standards.
