PPA Teacher (part-time)

Role: EYFS/K1 PPA Teacher (part-time)

Location: Lydiate

Daily Rate:  £80-90 per day (afternoons only)

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Start Date: September 2026

Connex Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced primary school teacher who has experience teaching in Early Years and Key Stage 1.

About the School:

Connex Education have a long-standing tradition with this one-form entry primary school based in Lydiate and we have been supplying staff to the school for over 5 years.

About the teaching role:

The school are seeking an organised, and dynamic teacher to cover PPA in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. You will receive excellent support from the wonderful Senior Leadership Team and EYFS/KS1 team. The role will start on Thursday 3^rd September and will run until Christmas.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to make a difference and inspire.
• Strong classroom management.
• Experience teaching in EYSF and KS1 is essential.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us. 
• Ability to provide 2 references.
