Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a Year 5 Class Teacher to join a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Rayleigh. This is a block placement starting in September within a supportive school that is part of a successful Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).

The Role

  • Full responsibility for a Year 5 class.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with year group partners and the wider school team.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
