Role Overview Title: High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) – Fitness Coaching Industry Compensation: ₹30,000 Base + 10–20% Commission (₹1–3L/month potential) Location: Fully Remote Experience Required: 1–3+ years of High-Ticket Closing Role Description You will take inbound appointments from leads who have already shown intent by booking an appointment.

Your mission: Diagnose → Pitch → Close. Nothing else. This is a performance-driven role where your earning potential is entirely in your hands .

What you'll do : Take 3–6 high-intent sales calls per day Close prospects into 30k–1L fitness coaching programs Follow a proven script + objection management frameworks Track pipeline on CRM Hit daily, weekly, monthly revenue KPIs Learn fast and improve closing % rapidly Attend weekly training with the head coach & sales strategist What I expect from you : I don’t care about degrees. You want to earn ₹1–3L/month minimum You LOVE sales and are obsessed with improving You can handle pressure, objections & rejection You are disciplined and can follow processes You speak with confidence, clarity, and authority You show up every day like a professional closer You are competitive and want to be the best You take feedback aggressively and implement fast Compensation Breakdown : ₹25-30,000 Base Salary Commission: 10–20% based on performance Ongoing bonuses for monthly revenue milestones Top closers make ₹1–3 lakhs per month purely on commissions.
