HGV C Driver / IMAC Engineer (Driver / Installer)

Our client is seeking a reliable and practical HGV C Driver / IMAC Engineer to join their growing team based in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. This is an exciting opportunity to combine professional driving with installation work, supporting ATM deployments, relocations and technical projects across Ireland.

Hours

40 hours per week
Flexible start times (typically between 6:00am - 8:00am)

Salary

€42,000 per annum

The Role

As part of the Installations, Moves and Changes (IMAC) team, you'll play a key role in delivering ATM installation and relocation projects throughout Ireland. Working as part of a two‑person crew, you'll travel to customer sites, safely transport equipment and complete installations to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a Category C (Rigid) vehicle to customer locations across Ireland.
• Deliver, install, remove and relocate ATMs and associated equipment.
• Assist with installation and construction‑related projects.
• Load, unload and safely handle equipment using approved manual handling techniques.
• Work closely with another team member to complete on‑site installations.
• Complete delivery paperwork, logbooks and installation documentation accurately.
• Ensure equipment is transported safely and securely at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional manner on‑site.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and safe systems of work.

What We’re Looking For

• Full Irish or UK Category C (Rigid) driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ commercial HGV driving experience.
• Maximum of 3 penalty points.
• Ability to safely lift and manoeuvre equipment (up to 25kg with assistance).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate completion of paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility with early starts and regional travel.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous experience in a driver/installer or field engineering role.
• Manual Handling Certificate.
• Safe Pass.
• Experience working on customer sites.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude.
