We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Mango Tree Resorts Location: Delhi & NCR | Full-Time About Us: Nestled in nature and known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, Mango Tree Resorts is a premier destination for weddings, corporate retreats, and unforgettable getaways. As we grow our presence, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and drive strategic revenue across key segments. The Role: As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy.

Your core focus will include MICE, travel agents, corporate bookings, weddings , and responding to evolving market demands . We're seeking someone with deep industry knowledge, strong networks, and a proactive approach to business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across MICE, weddings, corporate, and travel segments.

Build strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, event planners, and corporate clients. Create and execute sales strategies aligned with current market trends and demands. Lead negotiations and close high-value bookings and contracts.

Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (8+ years) in sales within the hospitality industry .

A strong network in MICE, weddings, travel trade, and corporate segments . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
