Head of Marketing
Intalex is a partner to a fast‑growing legal technology startup that is looking to hire a Head of Marketing to own and scale its entire growth function. The company is building an all‑in‑one platform for the legal industry, helping consumers find legal support while providing software and lead generation solutions to law firms. It has raised almost $20 million in funding and is investing heavily in scaling customer acquisition and marketing.
The platform has already generated tens of thousands of customer inquiries, and the company is bringing marketing fully in‑house after previously working with an external agency.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire growth marketing strategy across both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) channels, covering paid media, SEO, organic growth, and customer acquisition.
- Manage a $300,000–$400,000 monthly marketing budget and work closely with the CEO.
- Transition marketing in‑house and build your own internal marketing team over time.
- Shape the company’s growth strategy and influence company‑wide growth decisions from day one.
Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling customer acquisition across both B2C and B2B businesses.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, paid media, and performance marketing, ideally within marketplaces, fintech, insurance, lending, legal tech, or other high‑cost customer acquisition industries.
- Comfortable experimenting, testing new ideas, creating viral campaigns, and owning results.
Compensation & Location
Base salary $160,000–$220,000 + Competitive Equity. Location: New York City, 5 days per week in the office.
