Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processor to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our clients. You will work closely with our sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming orders from various channels, including email, phone, and online portals

- Verify order accuracy and completeness, including pricing, product details, and shipping information

- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies

- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders

- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams

- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information

- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field is a plus

- 1-2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing software is preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of insurance industry and products is a plus
