Title: Growth Manager Company: Workafella Location: Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad (Travel Required) Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all centers through a blend of strategic sales enablement, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. This role operates parallel to the sales team, ensuring consistent pipeline quality, faster deal closures, and higher occupancy across locations. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Growth Ownership Drive occupancy growth across all Workafella centers PAN India Identify new demand pockets, market opportunities, and expansion triggers Work closely with leadership on revenue targets and growth strategies 2. Sales Collaboration Partner with the sales team to improve lead-to-closure ratios Enable structured follow-ups, pitch improvements, and deal acceleration Monitor sales funnel metrics and remove conversion bottlenecks 3. Lead Nurturing & Conversion Design and execute lead nurturing journeys (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.) Ensure faster turnaround and engagement for inbound and outbound leads Build systems for reactivation of dormant leads 4. Pipeline & CRM Management Oversee CRM hygiene, lead tracking, and reporting accuracy Analyze funnel performance (MQL โ†’ SQL โ†’ Closure) Implement automation and workflows to improve efficiency 5. Cross-functional Alignment Work with marketing for campaign feedback and lead quality improvement Coordinate with center teams for inventory updates and client readiness Align with operations to ensure smooth onboarding experience 6.

Market Intelligence Track competitor pricing, offers, and positioning across cities Provide insights to refine pricing strategies and offerings 7. Travel & On-ground Enablement Regular travel across cities to support local sales teams Conduct training, audits, and performance reviews Key Skills Required Strong sales and business development mindset Deep understanding of lead funnels and conversion strategies CRM and pipeline management expertise Excellent communication and negotiation skills Data-driven decision-making ability Experience in coworking / real estate / hospitality is a strong plus Incentives & Compensation Competitive fixed + performance-based incentives Conversation-based incentives tied to lead engagement and closures Travel allowances and performance bonuses
