Group Account Manager

At Monk Entertainment, the Client Servicing team is at the center of everything we execute - from influencer campaigns to large-scale branded IPs.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can own brands end-to-end, drive account growth, and lead teams that deliver with consistency and speed.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow brand relationships - Be the primary point of contact for your brand cluster and build long-term partnerships. Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities while owning the overall health and profitability of your accounts.
• Lead campaign execution - Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, and without errors. Maintain strong communication with clients and take full ownership of delivery quality and timelines.
• Crack briefs and build strong proposals - Understand briefs clearly and translate them into sharp, insight-led proposals. Lead creator curation with a strong sense of platform fit, audience relevance, and pricing.
• Own payments, processes, and operations - Ensure all backend workflows across accounts are running on time. This includes managing creator payments, coordinating closely with the accounts team, and ensuring all documentation, communication, and approvals are in place. Bring structure to processes and maintain hygiene across emails, trackers, and financial workflows.
• Lead and manage a team - Manage a team of account executives and set the pace for execution and ownership. Drive coordination across sales, creative, talent, production, and finance to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or digital agencies

Required Skills

• Strong client management and stakeholder handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams at once
• Good understanding of creators, platforms, and content strategy
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail
