Inside Sales Executive β B2B Conferences (Delegate Sales)
Exxocon Global
Job Description
Company Description Exxocon Global designs and delivers industry-led events, including conferences, workshops, and certification courses, to help professionals and organizations build relevant, up-to-date skills. The company focuses on key sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, utilities, banking, and energy, with a particular emphasis on markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Exxocon Globalβs events provide a platform to present, discuss, and debate strategic topics aligned with market needs, while enabling participants to network with respected industry leaders.
Through strategic partnerships, the company helps businesses showcase innovative solutions and products to targeted audiences and key decision makers.
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive delegate acquisition across this portfolio. The role carries full ownership of the delegate sales cycle: identifying qualified prospects, engaging senior industry professionals by telephone and email, articulating the commercial value of attendance, and converting enquiries into confirmed, paid registrations.
This is a consultative, target-driven inside sales position with direct revenue accountability. The successful candidate will engage daily with senior decision-makers β including plant heads, engineering and maintenance managers, reliability leads, and HSE directors β and will be expected to represent the organisation with a corresponding standard of professionalism.
Prior experience in the events sector is not a prerequisite. Candidates with a demonstrable record in B2B telephone-based sales of considered-purchase products or services (software, professional training, certification programmes, memberships, research subscriptions, or similar) are strongly encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training on our events and industry sectors will be provided.
