About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Providing clinical leadership, mentoring and support to care staff.
- Undertaking assessments, care planning, reviews and documentation.
- Monitoring resident health outcomes and coordinating clinical interventions.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals.
- Managing clinical incidents, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC requirements and infection prevention practices.
- Promoting a safe, caring and collaborative workplace culture.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
What You’ll Need
- Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses) & 2026 flu vaccination
- NDIS Check (including police clearance)
- Full Australian working rights
