Overview General Manager – Rotating Equipment Repair , Location: Pasadena, TX General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager is required to lead a busy rotating equipment repair operation, overseeing steam turbines, multistage compressors, and large industrial valves, including teardown, overhaul, and machining operations. This role is perfect for an experienced leader with a background in managing teams working on the full lifecycle of turbine and compressor repairs. General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager , you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring safety standards, and fostering a high-performance culture.

You will also be focused on expanding business opportunities while maintaining top-tier quality and service across all projects. Package Salary : $150,000 to $180,000 base salary 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision benefits Responsibilities Lead and manage all operational aspects of a rotating equipment repair shop, including mechanical teardown, overhaul, and machining for steam turbines, compressors, and valves. Oversee the full scope of operations, from repair and machining to project delivery.

Drive business growth through new opportunities and client relationship management. Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Manage financial aspects, including budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.

Ensure top-quality service and adherence to industry standards in every project. Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in mechanical, industrial, or rotating equipment repair industry or a related mechanical field (service manager, operations manager, plant manager, shop manager) Proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex turbine, compressor, and valve projects. Strong financial and operational management skills.
