Job Description Job Description Exhibit Pros | Nationwide Travel Required Exhibit Pros is expanding our field operations team, and we are seeking experienced Show Site Leads to manage the successful installation and dismantle of high-profile trade show exhibits across the U.S. If you are an experienced trade show professional who knows how to lead crews, solve problems on-site, and deliver clean, professional builds—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead and participate in on-site installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits Supervise crews and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and deadline expectations Coordinate with internal Project Managers and clients to ensure flawless execution Manage labor and logistics on-site (union and non-union environments) Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute show-site challenges quickly and professionally Travel nationwide to major convention cities to oversee exhibit builds and dismantles What We’re Looking For Proven experience in the trade show / exhibit industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage crews and labor efficiently under pressure Experience working in convention centers and understanding show rules Hands-on knowledge of exhibit systems such as: beMatrix Aluvision Custom builds and modular exhibit structures Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset Travel Requirements (Non-Negotiable) This role requires frequent nationwide travel, including: Early morning call times Late nights and long show days Weekend installs and dismantles Fast-paced travel schedules depending on show demands Applicants must be fully available and willing to travel regularly.
