Development Manager (Conshohocken)

We’re hiring a Development Manager to lead full-cycle industrial development projects from site acquisition through final turnover. This role will take ownership of projects at the earliest stages and drive execution across all phases — managing consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Class A industrial/logistics assets. Responsibilities: Oversee projects from initial site evaluation, due diligence, and underwriting through design, entitlements, construction, and turnover Manage all third-party partners including architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and municipalities Lead entitlement and permitting processes in complex regulatory environments Drive budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Coordinate closely with investment, leasing, and asset management teams throughout the lifecycle Oversee design development to ensure alignment with market demand and operational efficiency Manage procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation across all phases Provide consistent reporting on project status, risks, and financial performance What they’re looking for: 8–15+ years of experience managing industrial or logistics development projects Proven ability to lead projects from acquisition through completion (not just construction phase) Strong understanding of entitlements, site development, and ground-up construction Experience managing multiple stakeholders across development, design, and construction Ability to operate in a lean, hands-on environment with full ownership of projects Strong financial and operational acumen across the full asset lifecycle The role: You’ll be stepping into a highly active industrial development platform focused on logistics real estate, where projects are approached with a long-term ownership mindset and executed across the full lifecycle — from acquisition and design through delivery and stabilization.
