Your Role As a General Manager at StayVista , you will lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-outs, renovation, and transformation projects across StayVista properties. You will be responsible for driving project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring high-quality standards, brand consistency, and cost efficiency.
You will work closely with internal teams, property owners, designers, and execution partners to ensure seamless project delivery across multiple locations. About You Lead end-to-end project management for villa interiors, refurbishments, and transformation initiatives Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets Oversee interior design execution, site progress, and on-ground implementation Ensure quality standards and brand consistency across all properties Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, operations, owner management) for smooth execution Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery Monitor project performance through MIS, dashboards, and reporting tools Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across projects Manage multiple projects simultaneously across locations with strong prioritization Drive transformation initiatives to enhance property readiness and guest experience Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to the projects team 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Interiors, Fit-outs, or Real Estate Development Strong experience in interior execution, site management, and project delivery Proven ability to manage multi-location projects at scale Strong understanding of project budgeting, timelines, and cost control Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Experience working with designers, contractors, and execution partners Proficiency in MIS, data analysis, and MS Office tools Prior experience in hospitality, co-living, co-working, or real estate is preferred This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
