GENERAL MANAGER- PROJECT MANAGER Key Role – General Manager (High-Rise Construction Project) Experience: 18–22 Years Salary Range: 1.20 to 1.50 L per month Qualification: B.Tech Civil (Mandatory) Technical Requirement: Strong Mivan/Shuttering System Knowledge Industry: High-rise residential/commercial construction Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and oversee the entire high-rise construction project from initiation to completion. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, safety standards, and quality norms. Manage Mivan shuttering operations, cycle time planning, and structural execution. Coordinate with project teams—Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Safety, and Execution. Monitor daily progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Handle contractor management, vendor negotiations, and material approvals. Review and approve project schedules, BOQs, and DPR/MPR reports. Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and design discrepancies promptly.

Maintain strong coordination with consultants, architects, and external agencies. Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff to achieve project milestones. Drive timely project delivery with high standards of quality and cost efficiency.
