Product Owner – Developer Platform & Dashboard Overview This role owns a mission‑critical Developer Dashboard and the platform infrastructure behind it. Every integration that goes live depends on this product—it is the control plane for how developers configure, monitor, and manage their integrations. As Product Owner, you will drive strategy and execution for a mature, high‑availability platform used by both external developers and merchants and internal engineering teams .
You’ll be trusted to keep a high‑stakes product moving forward without breaking what already works. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Developer Dashboard and underlying platform infrastructure Maintain and evolve a mature, business‑critical product with zero tolerance for regressions Balance competing priorities between external developers and internal platform users Execution & Delivery Partner closely with engineering on architecture, APIs, and technical trade‑offs Attend daily standups to track progress and unblock work Collaborate with other Product Managers on backlog refinement and sprint planning Drive execution across multiple squads with shared platform dependencies Discovery & Metrics Conduct continuous discovery with developers, merchants, and internal teams to identify friction and opportunity Define, track, and act on metrics that reflect platform health, developer activation, and engagement Apply data‑driven prioritization, distinguishing true signals from vanity metrics Platform & Developer Experience Improve developer onboarding, testing, and debugging to reduce time to first transaction Contribute to a unified developer toolbox including dashboard, APIs, sandbox environments, and supporting tools Process, Risk & Quality Adhere to SDLC, change management, risk, and security standards Make sound risk‑value decisions in ambiguous or high‑impact situations Identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and operational effectiveness Agile & Team Leadership Ensure the team follows Scrum practices and fosters continuous improvement Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels at a sustainable pace Remove impediments or guide teams to the right partners to resolve them Promote an open, inclusive, and collaborative team environment Required Experience & Qualifications 5–8 years of product management experience, with a strong track record on platform or infrastructure products Hands‑on experience building or significantly improving developer dashboards, portals, or self‑service tooling Proven experience managing high‑availability, always‑on products Strong technical fluency, including architecture discussions, API design, and engineering trade‑offs Experience serving both external and internal customers, with sound judgment navigating competing priorities Demonstrated ability to measure impact before and after delivery Top Skills Technical Execution – 5+ years Stakeholder Management – 5+ years Program Management – 3+ years Compensation: $20-$25/hr
