Technical Project Manager

About the Role We are looking for a PROJECT Manager to support the Product & Technology function. This is NOT a traditional “Product Manager” role. The core product vision, roadmap and prioritisation are led centrally.

This role is about execution excellence — translating business and product requirements into clear, structured delivery across Design and Engineering teams. What This Role Is (And Is Not) This role is: Execution-focused Cross-functional Delivery-oriented Process-driven but practical This role is NOT: A strategy-first product ownership position A feature-ideation role A purely coordination/administrative job We are looking for someone who can think, structure, follow through, and close loops.

Key Responsibilities Convert product/business requirements into structured execution plans Break down initiatives into milestones, tasks and timelines Coordinate between Product, Design, Engineering and Business teams Track deliverables, dependencies, risks and bottlenecks Run weekly sprint reviews/delivery calls Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Proactively flag gaps, ambiguities or execution risks Maintain clear documentation and task visibility Drive accountability across teams Ideal Background: We are specifically looking for candidates who have: 2–4 years of experience in: A Digital Marketing Agency (as an Account Manager / Project Coordinator managing client expectations and internal teams), OR A Software Development Company, OR A Tech Startup where they managed Design and/or Engineering teams 2. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management 3. Experience working with: Developers Designers Cross-functional business stakeholders Strong command over English (education from an English-medium institution preferred) Currently based in Mumbai What We Value: Common sense and structured thinking High ownership mindset Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage stakeholders without escalation Comfort operating in ambiguity Discipline in follow-ups Calm under pressure We care more about execution ability than title inflation.

Tools Exposure (Preferred but not mandatory) Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Monday Notion / Confluence Basic understanding of how tech products are built Reporting Structure: You will work directly with the Head of Product and a Senior Project Manager.
