Assistant Project Manager

We, Shivneri Garden Contractor, are a Landscaping firm. We are working as a turnkey contractor with several top corporate companies. We are proud to have a 48 yrs+ experience of various landscaping work.

We are seeking talented professionals for following position: Open Position: Assistant General Manager Qualification: BE /Masters in Civil Engineering Experience: 8 to 12 years working with a landscaping firm or in similar industry Compensation: 10-12 L CTC Joining: Immediate Candidate location – Mumbai Previously worked in industry – Landscaping contracting, Real Estate, Architecture Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Plan and coordinate projects through detailed schedules, WBS, and kickoff meetings. 2) Supervise daily site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings. 3) Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution. 4) Manage BOQ preparation, procurement, vendor selection, and material logistics. 5) Prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and track material consumption. 6) Ensure timely project execution through progress monitoring and milestone reviews. 7) Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with structural and MEP standards. 8) Maintain project documentation, reports, site logs, and as-built records. 9) Communicate regularly with stakeholders, resolve issues, and manage escalations. Skills & Attitude: 1) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 2) Person who has keen interest in landscape works 3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 4) Auto Cad 2D and Designing Skills Interested candidate can send their profile to [email protected] with subject as " General Manager”.
