Functional Analyst

Greetings from TCS!!! TCS Mumbai hiring for Business Functional Analyst !!!!! Role: Business Functional Analyst Experience required: 2 to 4 years Location:- Mumbai Must Have Skills:- 2 to 6 Years of experience using ERP Ability to Understanding client's business processes and mapping them with ERP functionality Documenting client requirements and coordinating with different internal groups for resolution and Root Cause Analysis. Roles and Responsibilities:- Handling client queries, tickets and change requests. Understand the issue and take appropriate action – analyzing tickets and provide functional solution or discuss and assign it to solution team. Experienced in requirement gathering & estimation. Coordinate with QA & needs to be Proactive in resolving defects. Work in Agile Env. Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.

Participating in solution CR testing, pre and post go live sanity testing. Providing functional KT to various internal teams.
