Founding Growth & Sales Lead
FeedbackGraph
Job Description
FeedbackGraph (by Hashorn) Remote, Worldwide · Full-Time · Early-Stage AI SaaS · Reports Directly to the Co-Founders
Hashorn is building FeedbackGraph, an AI-powered platform that turns raw customer feedback into clear, actionable business insight. We're early-stage in the best way: a real product, a lean team, and hands-on co-founders building for the long term, not a quick flip.
We're not interested in burning cash on ads to manufacture momentum. We want someone sharp enough to build real, sustainable traction on a lean budget, and ambitious enough to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales.
This is a founding-level GTM hire, reporting directly to the co-founders. No layers, no bureaucracy, no waiting weeks for a decision.
You won't own one slice of a channel inside a big growth team. You'll own the entire growth, outbound, and enterprise sales motion, end to end. Your mandate is simple: take FeedbackGraph from \"just launched\" to consistent, compounding MRR and ARR growth.
You'll wear two hats:
- Growth & Marketing — Make feedbackgraph.com and our full funnel genuinely conversion-driven: messaging, landing pages, SEO, content, outbound campaigns, and lean paid experiments (only where ROI is proven)
- Sales, including Enterprise — Run outbound, qualify leads, lead demos and discovery calls, negotiate, and close, including mid-market and enterprise deals, not just self-serve signups
We want someone who treats this like their own company, not a task list. Someone who can look at a problem (low conversion, no replies to outbound, unclear positioning) and go fix it without being told every step.
- Rework feedbackgraph.com's messaging, structure, and CTAs to be genuinely conversion- and sales-oriented, partnering with the co-founders on copy, positioning, and page flow
- Build and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling where relevant) to generate qualified pipeline, especially enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls/demos → proposal → negotiation → close
- Design and run smart, low-spend growth experiments (SEO, content, communities, partnerships, targeted paid) — efficiency over ad-spend volume
- Set up and manage a lightweight CRM and pipeline process so nothing falls through the cracks
- Gather and relay customer and market feedback to directly shape the product roadmap
- Track what's working (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, MRR/ARR), double down on winners, and cut what isn't working fast
- Represent FeedbackGraph in outbound conversations, demos, and eventually at events and communities relevant to our ICP
- Qualified pipeline flowing within your first 60–90 days
- A repeatable outbound and inbound playbook that reliably converts
- Month-over-month MRR growth and a clear, sustained path to ARR expansion
- First mid-market and enterprise logos closed and referenceable
- A go-to-market engine the company can scale a team around, with you leading it
- 2–3+ years in sales, growth marketing, or a hybrid GTM role, ideally at a SaaS or AI product company
- Proven experience selling or growing a B2B SaaS product (bonus if it was an AI product, or sold into enterprise/mid-market buyers)
- Genuine enthusiasm for early-stage startups, and the conviction, backed by real results, that you can take an AI SaaS product to market and grow MRR and ARR continuously
- Comfortable owning ambiguity: you figure out the \"how,\" you don't wait for a plan to be handed to you
- Strong written communication: you'll write outbound copy and landing page content, and talk to prospects directly
- Fluent on both sides of GTM: marketing (positioning, funnel, content) and sales (calls, objection handling, closing)
- Budget-conscious mindset: you'd rather run five smart, measurable experiments than one big expensive ad campaign
- Self-starter energy for an early-stage, resource-constrained, high-trust, high-ownership environment
- Looking for a long-term home, not a stepping-stone: you want to build with a product and its founders, not job-hop in 12 months
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles (longer cycles, multiple stakeholders, procurement)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot/Pipedrive, Apollo/Instantly, and basic SEO/CRO practices
- Market-standard base salary, benchmarked fairly for the role and your experience
- Performance bonus tied directly to pipeline generated and revenue closed
- Equity is on the table: meaningful ownership in FeedbackGraph for the right person building this for the long haul
- Your results here are visible, credited, and rewarded, not diluted across a big team
One thing we're upfront about: this role is designed for long-term builders. If you're looking for a 12-month résumé line, this isn't the right fit. If you want to grow with a company and be rewarded as it scales, it's exactly the right one.
- Direct line to the co-founders: you'll shape decisions in real time and never wait weeks for an approval
- You're not employee #400 running one small piece of a machine; you're shaping how this product goes to market from close to zero
- A defined path to grow into a core, senior leadership role as the company scales
- Real equity and real ownership: if FeedbackGraph wins, you're meaningfully invested in the outcome
Remote, worldwide. Candidates based in or near Lucknow, U.P., India are especially welcome, but this role is genuinely open to strong candidates anywhere.
Send us:
- A short note on one thing you'd immediately test or fix on feedbackgraph.com's current site or funnel — this shows us how you think, not how polished you sound
- Your résumé or LinkedIn profile
- Any past numbers you can share: pipeline generated, deals closed, MRR/ARR growth, CAC improvements, etc.
- We read every application. If your note shows real thinking, you'll hear from us quickly.
