Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Kochi. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, processing payments, evaluating financial risks, and refining financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence in the company’s high-impact offsite planning services. Qualifications 4 to 5 Years of experience and Tally knowledge. Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and accounting Experience with compliance, financial auditing, tax regulations, and risk analysis Proficiency in using financial software and tools Ability to develop strategies for cost efficiency and effective resource allocation Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA is a plus) Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
