Job Description We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for a well‑rounded finance qualified individual who can enhance operational excellence while delivering actionable insights to support business performance. Partnering closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders, you will help improve processes, strengthen reporting, and provide financial analysis that supports better commercial decision‑making.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Track budgets, lead forecasts, and develop dashboards for customer benefits (Trade Spend). Support decision‑making with promotional deal analysis and customer P&L insights (Profitability Analysis).

Analyze key drivers of Actual vs Forecast, including sales, margin and operating income (P&L Analysis). Lead the annual and quarterly forecasting process across functions (Business Planning). Create a “Single Source of Truth” and improve management reporting (Data Management).

Improve reporting and processes to deliver clearer, forward‑looking insights (Process Improvement). Oversee the AR function managed by the shared service team to ensure timely payments, reduce aged AR, and review AR reserve reconciliations (Working Capital). Develop a close working relationship with key stakeholders and shared services (Collaboration).

Manage performance and develop direct reports (Team Leadership). Maintain strong financial controls, ensure SOX compliance, and liaise with internal and external auditors (Compliance & Controls). Serve as a key point of contact to support the business on queries, new projects, and problem resolutions (Business Support).

Qualifications CPA with at least 8 years of commercial finance background. Experience in CPG, toys, or retail customer environments with trade spend. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Tableau (added advantages). 3+ years of people‑leading experience.

Highly analytical capability (modeling and variance analysis) and ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes. Experience with financial systems/reporting modernization and a data governance mindset. Adaptable, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and high initiative.

Collaborative with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
