At TheLuxeTrails, we curate personalized luxury travel experiences across the world. We’re looking for an Experience manager who loves creating seamless travel experiences and can confidently manage everything that happens after a booking is confirmed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high touch environment, understands the nuances of luxury travel and is passionate about customer experience.
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end post-booking operations for domestic and international holidays.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
• Ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
• Communicate with clients professionally throughout their travel journey.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a B2C travel company.
• Strong knowledge of post-booking travel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with global suppliers and hotels is an advantage.
