Electronics Technician

Responsibilities

• Installs, performs technical maintenance, and debugs hardware and software of products and components, primarily at customer sites.
• Carries out scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within an assigned area.
• Verifies that products are functioning properly and resolves identified issues and/or forwards them according to established procedures.
• Schedules service calls, completes all required paperwork, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided and understanding of product operation.

Requirements

• Technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in field service maintenance and repair, preferably with ATMs or banking automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active CFT registration.
• Driver's license (CNH).
• Availability to work in the field, typically traveling up to 200 km.
• Own vehicle.
• Resident of Fortaleza (CE).
