Business Development Manager – Pre-Sales, SAP Finance

Responsibilities

• Act strategically and consultatively in designing SAP solutions with a focus on Finance, supporting pre‑sales initiatives, proposal development, and solution architecture definition in ERP Cloud environments.
• Serve as a technical reference for offer development, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and delivery of presentations and workshops to clients, ensuring alignment with best practices, the SAP roadmap, and business value generation.
• Participate in pre‑sales processes, supporting the development of SAP Finance solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Define and design solution architectures for SAP S/4HANA (Cloud and On‑premise).
• Conduct executive presentations and client workshops.
• Support commercial strategies with a technical and consultative perspective.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices (Clean Core / Fit‑to‑Standard).
• Design integrations between SAP Finance and other modules (SD, MM, PS) and SAP BTP technologies.
• Act as a technical reference for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience (8–12+ years) in SAP, with a focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO).
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (minimum 3 projects).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private and Public Editions – RISE and Grow).
• Experience in pre‑sales, preparing technical proposals, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Advanced knowledge of financial processes (closing, accounting, consolidation, and reporting).
• Experience integrating SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and integrations with external systems.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of the Tax Reform and practical experience in Phase 1.
• Knowledge of CO‑PC and CO‑PA.
• Experience with solution architecture in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SAP trends (ERP Public Cloud, SAP roadmap).
• Experience in multinational environments or complex projects.
• Advanced English.
