Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Audits: Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and Regulatory Norms (NRs); lead internal/external audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Risk & Incident Management: Drive workplace hazard identification, ergonomic evaluations, and accident/near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Operational & Emergency Safety: Oversee machine/equipment safety (EPI/EPC), environmental health monitoring, and coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Training & KPI Tracking: Promote safety culture through onboarding, Safety Dialogues, and continuous training; track EHS metrics and present reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering with active CREA registration.
• Deep expertise in Regulatory Norms (NRs) , safety legislation, and risk management/audit tools.
• Proven experience in EHS management within operational or industrial environments.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong leadership and technical reporting skills.
