Job Title: Manager – DSA Channel (Lending Partnerships) Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–6 Years Industry: Banking / NBFC / Fintech (Lending) Role Overview We are looking for a high-ownership, result-driven professional to build and scale our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical across Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Secured Lending. This role is critical in scaling the current portfolio from INR 35 Cr to INR 100 Cr+, by driving channel expansion, productivity, and strong lender partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & P&L Ownership Own and scale the DSA channel business from ₹25–35 Cr to ₹100 Cr+ portfolio Drive disbursals across Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Secured Loans Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels DSA Channel Development Identify, onboard, and activate high-performing DSAs across geographies Build a strong and scalable DSA network Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance across partners Lender Partnerships Manage and strengthen relationships with Banks & NBFCs Drive better approvals, TAT, and payout structures Align internal teams with lender requirements for smooth operations Team Building & Management Hire, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) Drive team productivity and ensure target achievement Build a high-performance, hustle-driven sales culture Performance & Strategy Analyze funnel metrics: sourcing → login → approval → disbursal Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversions Drive data-backed decision-making to scale efficiently Ideal Candidate Profile 4–5 years of experience in DSA channel / lending sales Currently managing a ₹25–35 Cr+ portfolio Strong understanding of: Personal Loans / Business Loans / Secured Loans DSA ecosystem & partner management Proven track record of scaling business volumes Experience in team hiring & management (RMs) Strong network within DSAs / Banks / NBFCs
