We combine innovation, style, and functionality to empower athletes at every level. Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth.

This role is focused on driving revenue through digital channels, building a strong brand presence, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and revenue growth through digital marketing channels Manage and optimize the company website for conversions Handle and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns Collaborate with and manage influencers and brand partnerships Identify trends and create high-performing content strategies Track performance metrics and continuously improve campaign ROI Key Requirements Proven experience in social media management Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads (mandatory) Strong understanding of content trends and digital growth strategies Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think creatively and execute quickly Passion for sports and fitness (preferred) Other Important Details Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Type: Full-Time Open Positions: 1 Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Off) Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (linked to digital sales)
