Salary Offered: 20000 INR - 35000 INR per month Job Location: Jaipur (on-site) We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand's presence across digital and social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of content strategy, analytics, and community management, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities 1. Strategy & campaign management - Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. - Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. - Oversee the end-to-end production of multimedia content โ€” including text, imagery, video, and infographics โ€” ensuring consistency with brand standards. - Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, monitoring performance throughout the campaign lifecycle. 2. Community engagement & brand management - Manage and monitor the organization's social media presence, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Foster an engaged online community by building meaningful connections with followers and brand advocates. - Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all digital channels and communications. 3.

Analytics & performance optimization - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social. - Derive actionable insights from data to continuously optimize content strategies, engagement tactics, and conversion funnels. - Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management, covering key metrics, ROI, and strategic recommendations. 4. Cross-functional collaboration - Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives. - Coordinate and support the execution of online events, contests, and promotional activities intended to drive engagement. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing activities, ensuring seamless integration across departments. 5. Qualifications & requirements - Demonstrated experience in digital and social media marketing, including content creation and campaign management. - Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Working knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content for diverse audiences. - Creative sensibility with a keen eye for design, visual storytelling, and digital aesthetics. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and meet deadlines. - Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in day-to-day productivity and design tools, including Canva and Google Workspace. - Demonstrated passion for digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
