Job Title: Growth Manager โ Digital Marketing Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 8+ Years Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager โ Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, growth experiments, funnel optimization, and marketing automation to scale user growth efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Growth Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage scalable digital growth strategies across paid and organic channels.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and work on nurturing, retargeting, and converting leads through marketing automation and CRO (conversion rate optimization). Analytics & Insights: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and new channel testing to continuously improve growth outcomes. SEO & Content: Work closely with the content and SEO teams to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and design teams to align growth goals with business objectives.
Budget Management: Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and cost-efficiency. Requirements: Proven 8 years of experience in growth/digital marketing roles. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, WebEngage, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and performance metrics. Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and funnel analysis.
Excellent communication and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
