Provide exceptional nursing care as a Designated Float Registered Nurse, adapting to staffing needs across multiple sites. Deliver hemodialysis treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring patient-centered care. In this full-time RN role, you will support Alberta Kidney Care North by filling in for staff absences at varied locations.
Your expertise in hemodialysis, critical thinking, and patient assessment will be vital as you manage care for both acute and chronic renal patients. Flexibility and collaboration with your healthcare colleagues are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams • Provide comprehensive patient and family-centered care • Assume leadership roles and charge responsibilities • Adapt to changing staffing needs across sites Requirements: • Completion of an accredited nursing program • Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to lift 40lbs and perform fine motor skills Utilize your nursing skills in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe, quality care for all renal patients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
