JD To drive and coordinate strategic initiatives to boost business / improve processes Run deep dive portfolio analysis to identify risks / concerns and portfolio improvement scope To suggest & support digital transformation initiatives To support cross-functional alignment for strategic deliverables To facilitate Senior management meetings including agenda planning aligned to strategic priorities & preparing ATR To track implementation of management directives, strategic action items To prepare management presentations & MIS dashboards Education Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B.Tech / B.com / BBA / BCA) Specialized Knowledge - Skill Set (Must) Should have knowledge of finance / loan related terminologies Should have experience in budgeting / business analysis / excel dashboard Should have worked on Management Presentations Skill Set (Desired) Previous experience in Finance / Banking services would be an added advantage Previous experience in product or strategy roles
